Learn how to make delicious Mango Sheera, a quick & easy to make Indian sweet / dessert recipe from our chef Archana on Ruchkar Mejwani. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />1 Cup Mangoes, finely chopped <br />2 Cups Milk <br />1 Cup Ghee <br />1 Cup Semolina (Rava) <br />1 Cup Sugar <br />Almonds & Pistachios <br />Raisins <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- First in a round bottom pan add milk to boil. <br />- In a flat bottom pan heat some ghee. <br />- Then add semolina and roast for some time. <br />- Add chopped mangoes & dry fruits. Mix well. <br />- Add boiling milk to the rava in batches. Mix well. <br />- Add sugar and again mix well. <br />- Cover it with a lid and let the Mango Sheera cook for 5 mins. <br />- Garnish it with dry fruits & serve!
